TSP LT V2 Camshaft Package

The Texas Speed & Performance LT1/L86 6.2L V2 Cam Kit provides everything needed for a camshaft swap on your 2014+ Gen 5 6.2L engine. This comprehensive package includes your choice of TSP LT V2 Camshafts, a Precision Race Components Dual Valve Spring Kit featuring PAC Springs and Titanium Retainers, a set of 16 7.85" TSP 3/8" Hardened Chromoly Pushrods, and a Phaser Lock Out Kit. Optional components such as SCE RTV Silicone Sealant, a camshaft installation handle, valve spring compressor tools, and HP Tuners MPVI3 units are also available for purchase. These Gen 5 camshafts are specifically designed for applications where the factory AFM (Active Fuel Management) lifters are removed, allowing for lobes that enhance power and performance. It is important to note that removing AFM lifters requires the purchase of a TSP DOD Delete Kit (part # 25-LT1DODDEL-KIT). All TSP Gen 5 camshafts necessitate the use of a phaser lock out kit, which is included in this package. For optimal performance and longevity, replacing the factory trunnion in your GM rocker arms with a TSP trunnion upgrade kit is recommended. Additionally, all LT V2 camshafts come standard with a +32% fuel lobe, which requires the use of a lash cap during installation. Note that a lash cap should not be used with an LT4 fuel pump. Texas Speed & Performance meticulously designs and tests its LT1 camshafts on a SuperFlow 902 engine dyno, utilizing an otherwise stock 6.2L LT1 engine. This rigorous testing process ensures the development of camshafts that offer the best possible power curve without compromising overall performance.
