The CTS Turbo TT180 FMIC kit is a front mount intercooler designed for MK1 TT's. It is an excellent upgrade for stock or modified vehicles with FWD and Quattro drivetrains. This kit offers significant cooling improvements over the factory setup, attributed to its high-density intercooler core and cast aluminum end tanks. The piping features "bead rolled" ends to prevent leaks and blow-offs, with stainless steel piping, 4-ply silicon couplers, and stainless steel T-Bolt clamps.

The CTS Turbo TT180 FMIC kit is a direct-fit front mount intercooler upgrade for MK1 TT models equipped with the 1.8T engine, compatible with both FWD and Quattro drivetrains. The kit features a high-density, pressure-tested intercooler core measuring 25.25″x8″x3″ with cast aluminum end tanks, capable of supporting up to 450 crank horsepower. Construction includes "bead rolled" stainless steel piping to ensure secure connections and prevent boost leaks, coupled with 4-ply silicon couplers and stainless steel T-Bolt clamps for durability. The end tanks span 35.5″ from end to end. For those aiming to maintain a sleeper look, this kit can be installed without modification to the factory rebar, requiring only minor trimming to the rear bumper skin. The kit includes all necessary components for installation. This intercooler kit is specifically designed for the MK1 TT 180HP 1.8T models. It fits 2000-2006 Audi TT models. The manufacturer offers options for different turbocharger configurations, including support for K03/K04 turbochargers or use with CTS big turbo kits.
