TTE1200 Upgrade Turbocharger System

The The Turbo Engineers (TTE) TTE1200 is a high-performance upgrade turbocharger system tailored for the Audi RS4, S4 B5, A6 C5 Allroad 2.7, and RS6 C5 platforms. Developed for "the power elite B5 owners," this turbocharger is designed to deliver ultimate high power performance, with documented success of over 1200 PS on E85 fuel in applications like Philipp Kaess's record-holding RS4 Limo. Key features of the TTE1200 include robust TTE billet compressor housings and advanced, highly efficient next-gen compressor geometry with a 59mm inlet. The system utilizes TTE's latest billet technology for the compressor and TTE's 9-blade high-flow, low-mass turbines with a 64mm outlet. TIAL turbine housings are incorporated, along with a reinforced motorsport bearing system for enhanced durability and performance under demanding conditions. Installation of these turbochargers requires specific custom components and is not a plug-and-play solution. It is strongly recommended that anyone fitting this turbo upgrade on a 2.7tt engine also installs an upgrade oil pump. TTE also offers an optional TTE Heat Shield Isolation Add-On for further customization and protection. Each turbocharger undergoes individual fine balancing, and the assembled core is subjected to high-speed VSR balancing.
