The turbocharger is precisely balanced using VSR machinery to meet high standards.

The TheTurboEngineers TTE600 4445 upgrade turbochargers are designed to enhance the performance of BMW N54 engines, offering a step up in both spool and top-end power. These units feature a highly efficient next-gen billet compressor geometry with a 44mm inlet and special 9-blade turbines with a 45mm outlet. Each turbocharger is meticulously balanced to TTE's high standards, beginning with individual parts balanced at slow speeds up to 2800 RPM, followed by assembly and dynamic balancing of the CHRA up to 250,000 RPM using a VSR machine. This ensures longevity, performance, and improved acoustics. The package includes an upgrade bearing pack, genuine actuator, genuine diverter valve, and upgraded wastegate arm and flapper, along with an upgraded wastegate bushing. These turbochargers are designed for 'Fitment As Original,' meaning they are plug-and-play, though they do require 2" SM Upgrade silicone inlets. A software recalibration is essential after installation. The product comes with a balance test result document and is backed by a 1 Year TTE Trouble-Free Warranty. The price displayed is for a pair of turbochargers. Buyers must select the correct fitment for RHD (Right Hand Drive) or LHD (Left Hand Drive) vehicles.
