TTE700 EVO Turbocharger

The TTE700 EVO is a performance turbocharger upgrade for the Audi 2.5 TFSI TTRS 8S and RS3 8V.2 models, based on an original BWTS turbocharger. It is engineered to deliver significantly higher output, capable of supporting over 700PS and 800Nm of torque, with a focus on very early response. At its core is a larger TTE billet compressor wheel, selected for its high efficiency and flow characteristics. The compressor cover has been re-profiled for optimal efficiency, and the exhaust turbine housing is CNC-milled to accommodate a larger turbine and shaft. This upgrade features a special profile 360-degree high-performance motorsport journal bearing for durability under high loads without sacrificing transient response. An OE sprung actuator is utilized, and the included OEM turbo intake pipe is CNC milled and hand-finished to ensure a smooth transition to the larger compressor inlet, sealed with a Viton rubber o-ring. Precision balancing is a critical aspect of the TTE700, with parts balanced at low speeds and the assembled CHRA dynamically balanced at up to 250,000 RPM using an in-house VSR machine to meet extremely high standards, far exceeding OEM specifications. Each unit is supplied with a serial-numbered balance test result document. The turbocharger boasts a heat-shielded turbine housing and is made in Germany with proven TTE quality. Installation is described as ultra plug-and-play. However, custom tuning software is required for installation. This product is not for sale or use in the state of California on any pollution-controlled vehicle as per the California Air Resources Board.
