TTE710 Turbocharger

The TTE710 is an upgrade turbocharger specifically designed for the 3.0 TFSI EA839 motor, offering a balance of increased power, rapid response, and straightforward Plug&Play installation. As a second-stage upgrade, it leverages the original turbocharger housing to achieve greater airflow and output. This unit is equipped with an even larger, proven TTE billet compressor featuring a 7+7 blade design and a 66mm inlet, paired with a TTE 9-blade, oversized, high-flow, low-mass turbine with a 60mm outlet. The turbocharger undergoes precise balancing, including single parts balancing up to 2800 RPM and dynamic balancing of the assembled CHRA up to 250,000 RPM using VSR machines, exceeding OEM standards and ensuring longevity and performance. Each unit comes with a serial-numbered balance test result document. For optimal performance, it is recommended to upgrade the intercooler, downpipe, sports cat, and full exhaust system. An upgrade to the turbo intake and system is also advised. Notably, the turbo inlet connection size should be 66mm or larger to avoid performance limitations. A new OEM diverter valve is also recommended for installation. Software recalibration is required after installation to maximize performance and ensure proper operation.
