Overview

The TTE710 Upgraded Turbocharger is designed for the Audi 3.0T engine, offering a blend of power and fast response. This turbocharger utilizes an original BorgWarner turbocharger base unit with upgraded components, including a TTE billet milled compressor wheel with a 7+7 blade configuration and a 66mm inlet. It also features a TTE 9-blade, high-flow, low-mass turbine and a 7-pad thrust bearing. This unit is capable of supporting over 600 HP on pump gasoline. The turbocharger is precisely balanced to TTE's high standards, with individual parts balanced and the CHRA dynamically balanced up to 250,000 RPM for optimal equilibrium and acoustics. Each turbocharger comes with a serial numbered balance test result document. This turbocharger is made in Germany.

The 034 Motorsport TTE710 is a performance upgrade turbocharger for the EA839 3.0 TFSI engine. It is built using an original BWTS turbocharger, enhanced with a larger TTE billet compressor (66mm inlet, 7+7 blades) and a TTE 9-blade oversized, high-flow, low-mass turbine (60mm outlet). This design provides increased flow and power potential. Installation is designed to be Plug & Play, though a larger inlet adapter is required, and the use of an approved 66mm turbo inlet is recommended. For maximum performance, an upgrade intercooler, downpipe, sport cat, full exhaust, and turbo intake system are advised. It is also recommended to fit a new OEM diverter valve when installing this upgrade turbocharger. Precise balancing is a critical aspect of TTE turbochargers, achieved through single-part balancing and high-speed VSR balancing of the assembled CHRA to exceed OEM standards. Each unit is supplied with a serial-numbered balance test result document. Software recalibration is required after installation, and a 1-year TTE warranty is included. This turbocharger has been proven to support 600HP on 102 octane pump fuel.
