TTE710 Upgrade Turbocharger for EA839 3.0 TFSI

The 034 Motorsport TTE710 is a performance upgrade turbocharger for the EA839 3.0 TFSI engine. It is built using an original BWTS turbocharger, enhanced with a larger TTE billet compressor (66mm inlet, 7+7 blades) and a TTE 9-blade oversized, high-flow, low-mass turbine (60mm outlet). This design provides increased flow and power potential. Installation is designed to be Plug & Play, though a larger inlet adapter is required, and the use of an approved 66mm turbo inlet is recommended. For maximum performance, an upgrade intercooler, downpipe, sport cat, full exhaust, and turbo intake system are advised. It is also recommended to fit a new OEM diverter valve when installing this upgrade turbocharger. Precise balancing is a critical aspect of TTE turbochargers, achieved through single-part balancing and high-speed VSR balancing of the assembled CHRA to exceed OEM standards. Each unit is supplied with a serial-numbered balance test result document. Software recalibration is required after installation, and a 1-year TTE warranty is included. This turbocharger has been proven to support 600HP on 102 octane pump fuel.
