TTE777 EVO Turbo Upgrade

The The Turbo Engineers TTE777 EVO Turbo Upgrade is a performance-enhancing turbocharger specifically designed for Audi 8S TTRS and 8V RS3 models equipped with the 2.5T engine. This upgrade is built upon a genuine BorgWarner turbocharger and features TTE's highly efficient billet compressor geometry and a TTE 9-blade, high-flow, low-mass turbine. The unit also includes a TTE upgrade bearing pack and a genuine BorgWarner actuator, with a thermally shielded exhaust manifold and housing. CNC optimization is applied to compressor cover clearances and the manifold is CNC ported for improved flow. This turbocharger is capable of supporting significant power output, with proven results up to 590 WHP and 650 crank HP on 98 RON (USA 93), 700+ crank HP on 102 RON, and over 850 crank HP when using E85 fuel. Each unit undergoes meticulous balancing, starting with individual component balancing at slow speeds, followed by assembly and high-speed VSR balancing of the CHRA to a standard exceeding OEM specifications. A balance test result document is supplied with each turbocharger. However, custom tuning software is required for proper operation. For left-hand drive vehicles, a UNITRONIC and APR 4" turbo inlet elbow is recommended. Additionally, for achieving over 600 HP, replacement of the stock or RS sport exhaust system with a more free-flowing system, such as the MILLTEK V2 90MM, is highly recommended due to backpressure concerns. The WAGNER EVO3 intercooler is not recommended for use with this turbocharger beyond 600 HP.
