At its core, the TTE810+ utilizes an original turbocharger base that has been extensively modified to achieve greater airflow and power potential. It features a TTE billet compressor with a 7+7 blade design and a 66mm inlet, paired with an upgraded TTE 9-blade, high-flow, low-mass turbine measuring 63mm at the outlet. These components, combined with updated machining for improved rpm threshold, contribute to enhanced reliability across various setups. The manufacturing process emphasizes precision balancing, a critical factor for longevity and performance. Individual parts are balanced up to 2800 RPM, and the assembled core is dynamically balanced at speeds up to 250,000 RPM using a VSR machine, exceeding OEM standards.
