The 034Motorsport TTE810 is a hybrid turbocharger engineered as a direct evolution for the 3.0 TFSI engine, aiming to provide the ultimate blend of power, fast response, and ease of fitment. It utilizes the original turbocharger housing but is modified for greater flow and power. This unit is fitted with a large, proven TTE billet compressor and a bigger 9-blade turbine, designed to deliver more power and torque than the TTE710 while maintaining similar spool and response. Precision balancing is a critical factor for TTE upgrade units, ensuring longevity and performance. The TTE810 undergoes rigorous balancing procedures: parts are balanced at slow speeds up to 2800 RPM, and then the assembled CHRA is dynamically balanced at up to 250,000 RPM using an in-house VSR machine, exceeding OEM standards. Each turbocharger is supplied with a serial-numbered balance test result document. For maximum performance, upgrading the intercooler, downpipe, sports cat, and full exhaust is recommended. An upgrade to the turbo intake and system is also advised. Special attention should be paid to the turbo inlet connection size; any size smaller than 66mm will limit performance. This turbocharger fits the following Audi models: S4 B9 (2017-2019) 3.0T, S4 B9.5 (2020-2024) 3.0T, S5 B9 (2018-2019) Coupe and Sportback 3.0T, S5 B9.5 (2020-2025) Coupe and Sportback 3.0T, and SQ5 B9 (2018-2024) 3.0T.
