TTE840 5154 Hybrid Performance Upgrade Turbocharger Pair

The The Turbo Engineers (TTE) TTE840 5154 is a hybrid performance upgrade turbocharger system designed for the Audi 4.0 TFSI RS6, RS7, S8, S7, and S6 C7 models, as well as Bentley Continental GT V8/V8S. This upgrade features a larger TTE 9-blade turbine (54mm outlet) and an efficient billet compressor wheel (51mm inlet) with extended tip technology, engineered for increased power and improved response. Each turbocharger is meticulously engineered and enhanced by TTE, including CNC-modified genuine IHI housings and optimized clearances. The components undergo precise balancing, with the CHRA dynamically balanced at up to 250,000 RPM using an in-house VSR machine to achieve an ultimate equilibrium standard far higher than OEM. A serial numbered balance test result document is supplied with each unit. Installation of these turbochargers requires a software recalibration. For optimal performance, upgrade actuators are recommended. It is important to note that the original charge cooler on this platform may not support airflow beyond approximately 800HP on 102RON fuel, and an AIR-AIR Intercooler/s is recommended.
