TTE855 6663 CZGB / CEPA Turbocharger

The TTE855 6663 CZGB / CEPA is a performance upgrade turbocharger designed for Audi RS3 8V.1 and TTRS 8J models equipped with the 2.5 TFSI CZGB or CEPA engines. This hybrid turbocharger evolves from the TTE777, incorporating a larger billet compressor wheel with advanced 7+7 blade geometry and CNC porting for enhanced power output. The original exhaust turbine is replaced with a larger, lightweight 9-blade TTE design to reduce exhaust gas backpressure and improve overall performance. A TTE motorsport upgrade bearing system is integrated for increased durability. Key specifications include a 66mm inlet and 63mm outlet compressor wheel, a genuine BorgWarner turbocharger as the base, and an uprated, reinforced Borg Warner actuator. The manifold is CNC ported, and the compressor cover machining is optimized for clearance. For improved safety and performance, the turbo features thermal shielding on the exhaust manifold and housing. It is precisely balanced to up to 250,000 RPM, with test results showing 500Nm of torque at 2620 RPM and 900Nm at 3500 RPM. This turbocharger is explicitly stated as NOT being a Plug & Play fitment, requiring fabrication skills, adaptation, or custom parts for installation. One manifold stud is not used as it interferes with the compressor cover. On some TTRS 8J models, the air conditioning pipes may need removal or relocation. For installations aiming for over 600HP, replacing the stock or RS sports exhaust system with a more free-flowing alternative is highly recommended due to potential backpressure issues and warranty considerations. Additional custom components may be required for installation.
