TTE920+ Turbocharger Upgrade

The The Turbo Engineers (TTE) TTE920+ is a high-performance turbocharger upgrade specifically engineered for the BMW M5 and M8 F9X series, including the F90 M5, F91/F92/F93 M8, and their Competition variants equipped with the S63 4.4L engine. Engineered for maximum performance, the TTE920+ features larger billet TTE compressors and upgraded 9-blade TTE exhaust turbines. It also incorporates a TTE high-performance motorsport journal bearing system, ensuring durability under high loads without sacrificing transient response. The unit utilizes an uprated sprung OE actuator with reinforced clamps for reliable operation. Each turbocharger undergoes rigorous balancing, first at slow speeds and then dynamically at up to 250,000 RPM using an in-house VSR machine, exceeding OEM standards. A serial numbered balance test result document is supplied with each unit. This turbocharger upgrade is capable of supporting over 900 horsepower.
