The Taylor Made "Quick on Tie Down Kit" (similar to 64377EN) is a "Boat Cover Tie-Down Strap 'QuickClip'." It provides a simple and secure method for attaching tie-down straps to a boat cover by holding even pressure on tie-down loops. It works with all 1-inch webbing loops and buckles and can attach to almost any boat cover. The kit referenced on the manufacturer's website (#55748) contains an 8-pack of 8-foot straps and includes a locking quick clip.
