The BBR Motorsports TTR 110 Damping Rod & Fork Spring Upgrade Kit is a complete kit designed to enhance the front forks of your TTR 110. This kit includes TTR 110 Fork Springs, TTR 110 Damping Rods, and your choice of fork oil weight. The fork springs are custom-developed for adult riders, offering an increased spring rate and are preset and stress-relieved for longevity. The damping rods replace the stock ones to increase travel by 1.125 inches and provide improved damping control for a firmer, more controlled ride.

The BBR Motorsports TTR 110 Damping Rod & Fork Spring Upgrade Kit provides a comprehensive solution for upgrading the front suspension of your Yamaha TT-R110. The kit includes custom-developed TTR 110 Fork Springs, engineered with an increased spring rate suitable for adult riders. These springs are pre-set and stress-relieved to ensure long life and durability. They are designed to fit the stock TTR 110 forks and are custom-wound from aircraft-quality spring steel. Accompanying the springs are BBR TTR110 Damping Rods, which replace the original damping rods. These upgraded rods increase front fork travel by 1.125 inches from stock and provide enhanced damping control. They are CNC machined from forgings, offering a slower rebound and increased compression damping for a firmer, more controlled riding experience, especially with stiffer springs and adult-sized riders. Additionally, the kit includes fork oil, allowing you to select the appropriate weight based on rider size and intended use: 10 weight for riders 100 lbs and under, 15 weight for riders between 100-150 lbs, and 20 weight for riders 150 lbs and over, as well as intermediate and professional riders. The kit is confirmed to fit the 2008-Present Yamaha TT-R110 models.
