The BBR Motorsports TTR125 - 150cc Big Bore Kit with Cam is engineered to significantly enhance the performance of your Yamaha TT-R125. This comprehensive kit allows for an increase in engine displacement, transforming your bike into a 150cc machine. Key components of this kit include a custom-made BBR aluminum cylinder featuring a durable steel liner, ensuring longevity and optimal heat dissipation. It comes complete with a 58mm piston, along with the necessary ring set, piston pin, and clips for installation. A complete gasket kit, including both cylinder head and base gaskets, is supplied to ensure a proper seal and reliable performance after installation. This big bore kit is confirmed to fit the 2000-Present Yamaha TT-R125 and 2000-Present Yamaha TT-R125L models. It is recommended to consult BBR's general jetting guidelines and the specific installation instructions provided for the TT-R 150 Big Bore Kit with Cam to achieve optimal performance. Some users suggest that a larger carburetor, such as a 28mm flat slide, can work well with this kit.
