The Titan Turbo Service Ford 6.0L TTS Gen2 61/67 TowMaster is a custom-built turbocharger engineered to enhance the towing capabilities of Ford 6.0L Powerstroke engines. Key features include a precision-engineered 61mm 6-blade billet compressor wheel for enhanced airflow and performance, coupled with a meticulously balanced 66.50mm 13-blade turbine wheel to ensure smooth operation under demanding conditions. The turbo benefits from a 360° thrust bearing, providing enhanced stability and consistent power delivery. Additionally, high-flowing vanes contribute to increased airflow and overall efficiency. This turbocharger is built from a new Garrett 2003 turbo, eliminating the need for a core return and simplifying the upgrade process. It is ideally suited for maximizing towing performance and can support stock injectors up to 175/stock with custom tuning. Optional turbine upgrades are available, including a 2003 10-blade turbine or a Custom Gen2 High Flow 9 Blade Turbine, allowing for further customization based on specific needs. This turbocharger is specifically designed for 2003-2007 Ford F250, F350, F450, and F550 models equipped with the 6.0L Powerstroke engine. It is important to note that all Gen2 61/67 and 68/71 models REQUIRE ECM calibration; authorized tuners can be found on the warranty sheet. Furthermore, if your vehicle is equipped with the older-style woven oil feed/drain, upgrading these components is highly recommended for optimal performance and reliability.
