Tube and Fin Stepped Core Radiator

It utilizes a large tube and fin stepped core, offering a 70% larger frontal area and a 90% increase in internal volume compared to the factory intercooler. This design focuses on achieving the optimal balance between maximum intercooler cooling and minimal pressure loss, preventing increased lag despite its larger size. The intercooler's construction includes internal turbulators within the stepped core to enhance cooling efficiency, complemented by CFD-optimized end tanks for superior airflow management across the core. It also features an anti-corrosive thermal coating for durability. The unit weighs 9.2kg and is designed for easy installation without requiring any cutting or permanent vehicle modifications. This intercooler is specifically designed for F-Series MINIs and is compatible only with B46 and B48 engines. It is available for Cooper S or Cooper S JCW variants. It does not fit the Mini F57 or cars with the B48.D engine code. Additionally, it does not fit LCI models. Chargepipes are available separately.
