Overview

The Spohn Performance tubular adjustable panhard bar is a heavy-duty upgrade for your 2002-2009 TrailBlazer, Envoy, or SSR. It replaces the factory's weaker bar to allow for rear-end centering after lowering, providing serious handling performance.

Constructed from 1.00" x .095" wall DOM tubing, this panhard bar is stronger and lighter than the stock unit. It features fluted polyurethane bushings with grease fittings for easy lubrication and utilizes right-hand and left-hand threaded 4140 chrome moly adjusters within 4130 chrome moly adapters. The original OEM mounting hardware is reused, eliminating the need to drill out brackets.

The Spohn Performance tubular adjustable panhard bar is engineered as a direct replacement for the factory bar on 2002-2009 Chevrolet TrailBlazer, SSR, and GMC Envoy models. The primary benefit of this adjustable panhard bar is its ability to precisely center the rear axle after lowering the vehicle, which is crucial for optimal handling dynamics. Furthermore, it allows for rear-end alignment adjustments, providing necessary clearance when installing larger tires. By increasing the lateral stability of the rear end, this bar contributes to a more confident and controlled driving experience. Constructed from robust 1.00" x .095" wall DOM tubing, this panhard bar offers superior strength while remaining lighter than the factory component. It is equipped with fluted polyurethane bushings that include grease fittings, ensuring straightforward lubrication and extended bushing life. The adjustability is facilitated by precisely machined right-hand and left-hand threaded silver zinc-plated 4140 chrome moly double male adjuster threads, which integrate seamlessly into TIG-welded 4130 chrome moly threaded tube adapters. This design ensures durability and ease of adjustment directly on the vehicle. The panhard bar is available with options for material type (Mild Steel or 4130N Chrome Moly), powder coat color (Gloss Black or Bright Red), and a bushing grease cartridge, allowing for customization to suit your preferences and needs.
