The BDS Tubular Ball Joint Upper Control Arms are designed to provide increased articulation and strength for leveled and lifted 2004-2020 Ford F-150s. They feature 1.5-inch diameter tubular steel construction with a .120-inch wall thickness and a gloss black powder coat finish. These arms include an uprated MOOG ball joint in an indexed housing for improved durability and deflection over stock UCAs.

The BDS Tubular Ball Joint Upper Control Arms are engineered for 2004-2020 Ford F-150 trucks, offering enhanced articulation and strength for leveled and lifted applications. Constructed from robust 1.5-inch diameter mandrel-bent tubular steel with a .120-inch wall thickness, these arms are significantly stronger than factory stamped steel components and finished with a durable gloss black powder coat. They feature an uprated MOOG ball joint housed in an indexed design, allowing for greater deflection and articulation while helping to prevent spring contact in leveled setups. The use of high-durometer rubber bushings for body mounts contributes to a quieter and more reliable ride compared to polyurethane alternatives. These UCAs are a direct, drop-in replacement for factory upper control arms, simplifying installation. Important fitment information: These control arms are compatible with 2004-2020 Ford F-150 models. However, they will NOT fit 2010-2014 SVT Raptors or 2017-2020 Raptor models. Additionally, for proper clearance with a 12.50-inch wide tire, wheels should have a maximum of 5.50 inches of backspacing; wheels with greater backspacing will fit but require narrower tires.
