Overview

The BDS Suspension Fixed Traction Bar is designed to reduce rear axle wrap on GM 1500 trucks from 1988-2018. It features a tubular design constructed from 1.25-inch OD x 1/8-inch wall steel tubing. Application-specific mounting brackets made from 3/16-inch steel plate and durometer-specific polyurethane bushings are included.

Constructed with a tubular design for maximum strength, these bars are fabricated from robust 1.25" OD x 1/8" wall steel tubing. Vehicle-specific mounting brackets, made from 3/16" plate steel, ensure a precise fit and straightforward installation. They employ a floating design that prevents binding, allowing for full suspension travel and wheel articulation without compromise. The bars are equipped with durometer-specific polyurethane bushings to further refine performance and durability. BDS backs this product with their “No Fine Print” lifetime warranty, underscoring a commitment to quality and reliability. While the product itself is covered, this warranty excludes the finish and mounting bushings. These traction bars are specifically designed to fit 1988-1998 Chevy C/K Pickup 1500, GMC C/K Pickup 1500, and 1999-2019 GMC Sierra 1500 models.
