By reinforcing the rear shock towers, this brace minimizes unwanted suspension movement, leading to improved traction and more responsive cornering capabilities. Its robust construction utilizes heavy-duty tubular steel, ensuring it can withstand the demands of spirited driving and G-loads. The brace is finished in a durable black textured powdercoat, providing excellent resistance against corrosion and a visually aggressive appearance. This product is designed as a direct fit for all 1979-2004 Mustangs, including LX, V6, GT, Bullitt, Mach 1, and SVT Cobra models. Installation typically requires light to moderate mechanical skill and may involve some modifications, such as light trimming of the factory inner quarter panel sight plugs on 1979-1993 hatchbacks, or trimming of the factory inner trunk liner on all other models.
