These connectors are a 100% bolt-in installation, requiring no welding, grinding, or drilling, and can be installed in 30 minutes or less. They are constructed from DOM mild steel tubing and feature a durable powder coat finish.

The UMI Performance 2027 tubular subframe connectors are engineered to significantly improve chassis rigidity for 1993-2002 GM F-Body vehicles, including Chevrolet Camaros and Pontiac Firebirds. Designed as a 100% bolt-in application, these connectors require no welding, grinding, or drilling, making for a straightforward installation that can be completed in 30 minutes or less. The subframe connectors are constructed from strong DOM mild steel tubing and feature precision CNC-machined 0.250-inch thick mild steel mounting plates. The tubular design tucks tightly against the vehicle's undercarriage, ensuring no loss of ground clearance and compatibility with any exhaust system. By connecting the front and rear subframes, these connectors enhance handling, reduce rattles and flexing, and are ideal for auto-cross, road race, and drag race applications. They also facilitate better weight transfer, improved traction, and straighter launches. These subframe connectors are MIG welded for durability and supplied with a tough powder coat finish. They utilize the rear control arm mount for added strength and proper installation. Each pair is sold with included hardware.
