Tubular Upper Control Arms w/ Del-A-Lum Bushings

The Global West Suspension CTA-42A is a pair of tubular upper control arms engineered to enhance the performance and handling of 1964-1972 GM A-Body vehicles, including models like the Chevelle, El Camino, Monte Carlo, Skylark, F-85, Cutlass, 442, GTO, and Lemans. These G-Plus arms are constructed from steel with a durable black powder-coat finish. They feature Global West's proprietary Del-A-Lum bushings, developed in 1982 as a superior alternative to rubber and polyurethane for long-term suspension performance. The control arms come fully assembled with billet cross shafts, ball joints, and bump stops, which are relocated to the control arm itself to allow for limiters in drag race applications. New alignment specifications are also included. The design of the CTA-42A incorporates additional caster and an improved camber curve, working to keep the tires flatter on the pavement for enhanced stability and grip. These tubular upper control arms are compatible with stock spindles, 2-inch drop spindles, and ATS spindles, but will not work with Heidts spindles.
