It features a black metal frame and a Tuf Bubble Novelty Plate Shield made from unbreakable polycarbonate with a UV resistant stabilizer. This frame and shield combination fits all standard 6 x 12" novelty and license plates.

The novelty plate shield comes with a lifetime guarantee against cracks and breaks.
