The Tuff Country 61301 SX8000 Nitro Gas Shock is a single, loop-to-loop shock absorber designed for lifted trucks, SUVs, and Jeeps. It features nitrogen gas charging to reduce fade and improve response, along with a durable twin-tube construction. The shock has a collapsed length of 17 1/4 inches and an extended length of 30 1/4 inches, making it suitable for approximately a 4-inch lift.

Constructed with a 5/8-inch piston rod for strength and polyurethane bushings for longevity, this shock aims to balance highway comfort with off-road capability. It is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Shock boots are sold separately.
