The Tuff Country 28290 EZ-Ride Front Leaf Spring provides a 2-inch lift and smoother ride for 1999–2004 Ford F-250/F-350 4WD diesel pickups. Featuring tapered, snub-rolled, and pre-set leaves, it ensures a comfortable ride. Teflon inserts reduce squeaking and improve ride characteristics. This product includes bushings for easier installation and proper mounting.
