Ford Expedition riser mounting kit. This kit is necessary if the vehicle has 3rd row seats (must be removed), of has the floor configuration to accept the 3rd row seats under a non-structural floor cover. This kit is not necessary if there is a solid structural flat floor in the cargo area suitable for mounting and supporting the drawer enclosure. The jack is still accessible when the drawer is removed from the enclosure.

The Tuffy Security Products 186-01 is a riser mounting kit designed for Tuffy Tactical Gear Drawers. This kit is essential for installing the drawer in a 1997-2021 Ford Expedition if the vehicle is equipped with 3rd-row seats (which must be removed) or has a floor configuration designed to accommodate them. It is not required if your cargo area already has a solid, structural flat floor suitable for mounting the drawer.

Constructed from ⅛ inch thick steel with a durable textured powder coat finish, this kit includes Grade 8 mounting hardware, two support plates, two 2-inch riser bracket assemblies, and two 5-8 inch adjustable riser bracket assemblies. If the 3rd-row seat mounting hardware is absent from the floor pan, drilling into the jack storage tub will be necessary for installation. The jack remains accessible even with the Tuffy Tactical Gear Drawer installed.
