Tuner Kit EFI GM LS-Swap Passenger Side C5/C6 Corvette FEAD w/V-3 Si Black Finish

This Vortech LS-Swap Kit is designed for vehicles equipped with fuel injected Chevrolet engines using an LS1/LS2/LS6 style intake manifold and C5/C6 Corvette FEAD (Front End Accessory Drive). It is a tuner kit, meaning it does not include a fuel system, programmer, or tuning. It features a black finish V-3 Si supercharger head unit with a 3.60” 10-rib pulley and MaxFlow Race Bypass Valve Premium Belt Drive System. It delivers approximately 8-10 psi at 6000 RPM on a typical LS1/LS2 engine, resulting in a 30-75+% horsepower gain depending on engine size and boost level. The kit includes a dedicated 10-rib serpentine drive, billet aluminum mounting bracket, 3/8” steel mounting plate, integrated manual belt tensioner, billet aluminum 10-rib supercharger crank pulley (6” diameter), supercharger air inlet filter, and mandrel bent aluminum discharge tube. Installation time is approximately 4-6 hours. It requires the installer to supply the accessory drive system (GM 19257325 or 19202977), ACDelco 19195105 or equivalent water pump, Summit Harmonic Balancer SUM-C2501, boost referenced fuel regulator, larger fuel injectors, high flow fuel pump, and engine calibration.
