Tuning Intercooler System

The APR Intercooler System is an OEM-location upgrade for the 2015-2024 Volkswagen GTI and Golf R, designed to dramatically reduce intake air temperatures (IAT) and minimize power-robbing heat soak. This direct bolt-on system requires no trimming and is recommended for all stages of performance tuning. Constructed from aluminum, it features a massive intercooler core measuring 24.25" x 16.25" x 1.25" with a volume of 492.5 cubic inches. It is rated for effectiveness up to 500 horsepower and provides a claimed 21 horsepower gain over the factory system. The direct-fit design ensures a straightforward installation, potentially saving on labor costs. The APR Intercooler System is compatible with 2015-2024 Volkswagen GTI and 2015-2024 Volkswagen Golf R models. It comes with one intercooler and is backed by APR Tuning's Limited Warranty.
