Turbine Performance Muffler

The AERO Exhaust AT2540i Turbine muffler is engineered to remove restrictions in exhaust systems, particularly for diesel applications like Powerstroke and Duramax engines, while simultaneously dampening exhaust tones. Its patented Aero-Foil technology utilizes an airfoil cone with jet engine-like orifices to expand and split incoming exhaust gas. This process causes the air to spin, increasing velocity and pressure transfer, and then recombines the inner and outer air streams, creating a vacuum that muffles sound and boosts exhaust flow for improved engine breathing and significant performance gains. It boasts a 2.5" inlet diameter and a 4.0" laser-etched rolled tip outlet, with a body length of 14.0" and an overall length of 20.0". For naturally aspirated applications, it is noted to produce a very loud sound. This muffler promotes more efficient combustion, leading to increased power and torque without the need for excessive fuel dumping, and also contributes to improved gas mileage.
