Turbo and Intercooler Kit

The HTHRacing TRB-KIT-LS-TRUCK-IC is a comprehensive turbo and intercooler kit engineered for the 1999-2007 Chevrolet Silverado GMT 800 platform, specifically for models equipped with the Vortec V8 4.8L, 5.3L, or 6.0L engines. This kit is designed to deliver significant performance improvements, supporting up to 700-800 WHP with its single T4 turbo provision. The manifold features a proprietary design with stainless steel 1.65" runner tubes and a 60mm V-band wastegate provision. The included intercooler is a bar and plate aluminum unit with a core size of 20"x12"x3" and overall dimensions of 27"x12"x3", featuring 3" inlet and outlet pipes. The kit also includes a T76 turbo with a 4" air inlet, 2.5" compressed air outlet, 76mm compressor wheel, and a .81 A/R turbine. The kit includes turbo headers, a cross pipe with V-band connections, a 3" downpipe that expands to 3.5", a wastegate dump tube, V-band clamps, an oil line kit, and an air filter. It is important to note that no installation instructions are provided, but numerous installed pictures are available to guide the process. This kit is strictly for competition and off-road use only and is not legal for sale or use on licensed vehicles in California due to non-compliance with CARB regulations. It does not fit AWD models due to potential driveshaft interference. The exhaust pipe is a 3.5" straight pipe without a flange, requiring custom fabrication for the remainder of the exhaust system. Additionally, this product was developed for Left-Hand-Drive chassis and fitment may be an issue for Right-Hand-Drive vehicles, with modifications potentially needed and returns not accepted for RHD fitment issues.
