Constructed from TIG welded, T304 stainless steel with CNC mandrel bent tubing, this system is built for durability and corrosion resistance, ensuring it outlasts your vehicle. It incorporates a high-flow 200-cell metallic catalytic converter designed for maximum efficiency with minimal power loss, and a straight-through muffler that reduces back pressure for optimal performance. This turbo-back system utilizes a unique V-Band exhaust fastener system with T316 stainless steel flanges for a leak-proof connection. The design includes a stainless steel corrugated flex section to accommodate engine movement without stressing mounts, and an OEM-inspired catalytic converter heat shield to minimize radiant heat in the engine bay. The system maintains OEM oxygen sensor placement, eliminating the need for extensions or wiring modifications. Polished 3.5-inch slash-cut exhaust tips engraved with the Unitronic logo provide a distinctive finish.
