Turbo Inlet Elbow

The Unitronic Turbo Inlet Elbow is engineered as a direct bolt-on upgrade for stock-frame Borg Warner turbochargers on the 2.5TFSI EVO (EA855) engines. This elbow is crafted from aircraft-grade cast aluminum and features a fully integrated PCV recirculation artery, maintaining OEM PCV functionality for adequate crankcase ventilation. Its design eliminates airflow restrictions, significantly improving overall turbo efficiency. This upgrade is designed to produce notable gains, with Unitronic reporting +18 HP / +8 LB-FT TQ on their MAHA LPS3000 dyno, and +13 AWHP on a Land and Sea dyno. It also increases airflow by 12% and is compatible with both OEM stock intakes and many aftermarket intake systems. The elbow features CNC-machined mounting flanges, inlet, and outlets for smooth airflow transitions. It is dyno and flow bench proven for power, torque, and airflow gains.
