Overview

The Racingline Intake Upgrade Kit is designed to enhance your existing RacingLine Intake system for Audi S1, Polo GTI 1.8, and Ibiza Cupra 1.8.

This kit includes a new high-flow Turbo Inlet Hose and Turbo 90 Inlet, which together allow for significantly increased airflow into the turbocharger. This results in faster turbo response and greater power gains compared to the intake system alone.

The aluminum inlet elbow features an ultra-smooth, large diameter internal bore to optimize airflow, and twin nitrile O-rings ensure a perfect seal into the turbo.

The Racingline Intake Upgrade Kit is an enhancement for the RacingLine Cold-Air Intake system, specifically for the Audi S1, latest 6C Polo GTI 1.8, and Ibiza Cupra 1.8. This kit comprises a high-flow Turbo Inlet Hose and a Turbo 90 Inlet elbow, engineered to significantly boost airflow from the intake directly into the turbocharger. This upgrade supports higher power outputs and is compatible with standard turbos as well as larger IS20 or IS38 units, preparing your system for future turbo upgrades. The elbow replaces the restrictive factory plastic inlet, smoothing the airflow path to the turbo and yielding a worthwhile power gain. Twin nitrile O-rings are incorporated for a secure seal. Installation is straightforward, typically taking around 15 minutes with basic hand tools. IMPORTANT FITMENT NOTE: This Intake Upgrade Kit currently only fits RIGHT HAND DRIVE vehicles. A kit for Left Hand Drive (LHD) cars is planned, though some customers have fitted this kit to LHD vehicles with minor modifications required for the Turbo 90 Inlet.
