Turbo Intake Pipe Kit

The do88 Turbo Intake (IR-120-MK) is a performance-oriented system engineered to enhance airflow for Volvo 3.0L T6 engines from 2010 onwards. This kit replaces the restrictive, stock intake pipe with a larger, 3-inch diameter, mandrel-bent seamless aluminum pipe designed to minimize restrictions and maximize air delivery to the turbocharger. Flow bench testing on a SuperFlow SF-1020 confirmed the do88 intake's superior performance, achieving 669 CFM at a 0.125 bar pressure drop, compared to the OEM pipe's 594 CFM. The kit also includes a carbon fiber engine cover to accommodate the new pipe routing, along with all necessary installation hardware and stainless steel hose clamps. While the do88 turbo inlet pipe and hoses are designed for high-performance applications, the full performance benefit, particularly an increase over OEM pipes, is realized only after an engine software tune.
