The CTS Turbo Intake is a performance air intake system engineered for various Mini models, including the F54, F55, F56, and F60, with B38, B46, and B48 engines. This system utilizes a 5-inch high-flow reusable cone air filter and mandrel-bent MAF housings to maximize airflow, which contributes to better throttle response and increased power. The included heat shield integrates with the factory air box to ensure proper fitment and performance. This intake is designed to deliver tangible performance gains, with the manufacturer claiming an increase of 9-15 horsepower. Significant improvements in bottom-end torque and mid-range power are expected. For even greater performance benefits, further gains can be achieved with Stage 1 or Stage 2 tuning. Additionally, the heat shield has been designed with slots to produce enhanced turbocharger sounds, particularly noticeable in Sport mode. This intake system is specifically designed to fit the following Mini models: 2014-2023 F56 Cooper B38, 2014-2023 F56 Cooper S B46/B48, 2014-2023 F56 Cooper JCW B48, 2014-2023 F55 Cooper S B46/B48, 2017 F57 Cooper S Convertible B46/B48, and 2017-2021 F60 Countryman Cooper S/JCW B46/B48.
