Turbo Intercooler Kit 20"x6"x3" Bar and Plate Core w/ 2.5" Piping

The CXRacing Turbo Intercooler Kit is a comprehensive package for the 2004-2008 Acura TSX equipped with the K24 engine, engineered to support up to 350 horsepower. This kit is developed from the ground up, specifically for the K24 motor, offering a bolt-on fit with an easy installation process. The included cast steel manifold features T3 turbo and 38mm wastegate flanges, designed to fit in tight spaces. The T04E turbo included has a .50 A/R compressor and a .63 A/R turbine, with a 3" inlet and 2" outlet, and a 1/8" NPT oil inlet. The 2.5" stainless steel downpipe is designed to connect to the factory exhaust system, though it ends without a flange, requiring welding to match your specific exhaust setup. The intercooler features a bar and plate core measuring 20"x6"x3" with 2.5" inlet and outlet. The piping kit includes silicon hoses, clamps, and a blow-off valve (BOV). The wastegate included is a 38mm unit with an 8 psi spring. This product was developed based on US model Left-Hand-Drive chassis; fitment on Right-Hand-Drive chassis may present issues due to potential conflicts with the steering shaft, and CXRacing does not guarantee fitment or accept returns for RHD fitment problems. Modification will be needed for RHD applications. Important notes for installation and use: The fuel system must be upgraded and tuned to effectively support the boosted power. This kit is intended for Off Road and Track Use ONLY and is not for street use.
