The CXRacing turbo intercooler kit is a comprehensive system designed for the 2004-2008 Acura TSX with the K24 engine. This kit includes a T04E turbocharger, a cast steel manifold with T3 and 38mm wastegate flanges, and a 2.5" stainless steel downpipe. It also features a bar and plate intercooler with a 20"x6"x3" core and a 2.5" piping kit with silicon hoses and a blow-off valve.

The CXRacing Turbo Intercooler Kit is engineered for the 2004-2008 Acura TSX equipped with the K24 engine, supporting up to 350 horsepower. This complete bolt-on package integrates a T04E turbocharger, a cast steel manifold designed for tight spaces with T3 and 38mm wastegate flanges, and a 2.5-inch stainless steel downpipe that connects to the factory exhaust system. The kit also includes a T04E turbo with a .50 A/R compressor and .63 A/R turbine, a 38mm 8 psi wastegate, and essential oil lines with an oil pan plug adapter. The intercooler features a bar and plate core measuring 20"x6"x3" with 2.5" inlet and outlet ports, paired with a 2.5" piping kit complete with silicon hoses and a blow-off valve. All components are developed from the ground up for the K24 engine, ensuring a comprehensive and cost-effective solution. This kit is specifically developed for US Left-Hand-Drive chassis; fitment for Right-Hand-Drive models is not guaranteed and may require modifications, with returns not accepted for RHD fitment issues. Important considerations for installation and use include: the downpipe requires welding a proper flange to mate with your specific exhaust system. Furthermore, the vehicle's fuel system must be upgraded, and a tune is essential to support the boosted power levels. This kit is intended for Off Road and Track Use ONLY and is not street-legal.
