Turbo Kit

The DC5Creations 06-11 Honda Civic Si Turbo Kit provides a substantial power upgrade for compatible K24 or K20 engines, offering configurations for 400-600HP and 600-800HP output. Choose from T3 or T4 turbo housings, with options for T51r modifications on the Gt3582 turbo. This complete kit includes a Pulsar Dual ball bearing gen 2 Gt3582 turbo (82AR), Pulsar 60mm wastegate, Pulsar 50mm blow-off valve, and Pulsar oil drain flange. It also features a DC5Creations turbo manifold with CNC-cut exhaust flanges for a perfect seal, a 600/800hp rated intercooler with custom mounts, a 3-inch stainless steel downpipe with a dump tube, and an upper radiator hose. Additional components like turbo oil feed and drain lines with heat sleeves, 2.5-inch intercooler piping, an intake temperature sensor bung adapter, and a velocity stack are also provided. Installation of this turbo kit requires several supporting modifications and considerations. A battery relocation is mandatory. The intercooler piping is specifically designed to work with either an RBC manifold or a Skunk2 Street Ultra manifold. An aftermarket engine water coolant neck, such as the K-Tuned water neck, is necessary to avoid clearance issues. Aftermarket engine mounts are also required, and trimming of the front driver's side bumper may be necessary. To complete the system and achieve optimal performance, it is recommended to upgrade the clutch (Clutch Masters FX400 for under 600hp, or Clutch Masters 725 twin disc for over 600hp) and the fuel system, including a 450 Walbro fuel pump and FIC 2150 injectors. An RSX air intake temperature sensor (37880-PLC-004) is also needed. A catch can is not required but is recommended to help maintain engine cleanliness.
