Turbo Kit with T3/T4 Turbo and 23"x11"x3" Intercooler

The CX Racing turbo kit provides a comprehensive solution for turbocharging the 1989-1990 Nissan S13 240SX equipped with the stock KA24E single cam engine. This kit aims to make turbocharging more accessible for the US-model KA24 engine, offering a production turbo kit where other vendors have not. It includes a T3/T4 hybrid turbocharger with a .50 A/R compressor and .63 A/R turbine, capable of supporting up to 350 WHP and operating between 5-20 PSI. The intercooler features a bar and plate construction with a core size of 23"x11"x3" and an overall size of 30"x11"x3". The accompanying piping kit is constructed from mandrel-bent 2.5" aluminum and includes a 3" air intake pipe designed to retain the stock MAF sensor. The kit also comes with a 304 stainless steel manifold with a T3 turbo flange and a 38mm wastegate flange, as well as a 3" stainless steel downpipe with an O2 bung and flex pipe. Installation is described as easy with minimal modification. At 7 psi boost with stock injectors and ECU, the kit has been dyno-tested to produce 232 WHP.
