Turbo Kit with TR8 Intercooler

The Treadstone Performance Nissan Sentra SER and Spec V Turbo Kit is engineered to maximize horsepower and torque for the 2002-2006 models. The downpipe is constructed from 304 stainless steel and is hand TIG welded. The kit features a Treadstone 347 investment cast stainless steel turbo manifold, designed for high thermal inertia and excellent heat retention to maximize turbocharger efficiency. The Treadstone TR8 intercooler boasts a core size of 7.8" x 22" x 3.5" with a 760cfm flow rate at a 1psi pressure drop. For optimal sealing and to prevent boost leaks or pipe blow-off, the kit includes T-bolt clamps and high-temperature, 3-ply silicone couplers on all bead-rolled piping. Additionally, aerospace-grade reusable aluminum fittings and stainless braided oil lines ensure proper turbo oil supply and drain. Installation notes indicate that 2002-2003 models require a Jim Wolf Technologies reflash, while 2004-2012 models benefit from Uprev Osiris tuning software for full tuning capability. An Apex AFC Neo can be used for tuning on 7-8psi, though additional adjustability is available. Optional equipment includes various blow-off valves, a manual boost controller, an electronic boost controller, and turbo upgrades. Performance figures achieved with this kit at 5.5-6psi of boost pressure, without catalytic converters and with a 3" cat-back exhaust, reached 271hp and 250 lb-ft of torque at the wheels.
