Turbo Manifold

This tubular manifold positions the turbocharger under the radiator support with a forward-facing inlet, facilitating maximum air intake. Constructed from robust, thick-walled 304 stainless steel tubing, the manifold features precise multi-pass TIG welded joints for durability and reliability. It is equipped with CNC-machined 1/2-inch thick 304 stainless steel flanges that are surfaced for a leak-free seal. The exhaust ports are meticulously gasket-matched and smoothed to ensure the best possible flow characteristics. The runner material is schedule 10 304 stainless steel with a 1-1/2" NPS size. The AC system must be removed, and a 1/2 sized radiator is necessary. Additionally, some cutting or frame modifications may be required to achieve proper fitment. The product is compatible with TIAL GT28/30/35 housings and standard open T3 housings, and it includes a TiAL 38mm MVS wastegate flange. A V-Band O2 housing is also available as an option, with choices for recirculated wastegate or dump tube. Applications include various 4G63 DSM applications. The product comes with a 3-year warranty on all weld defects to the original owner. Note that heat wrapping is not recommended and will void the warranty.
