Turbo Muffler Delete

The CTS Turbo Turbo Muffler Delete is an original product, developed in collaboration with Sheepey Race, designed to enhance performance for facelift B9.5 Audi A4, A5, A6, and Q5 2.0T vehicles. This one-piece unit is precision CAD-designed and CNC machined in-house from 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring a perfect fit and durable construction. By eliminating this restrictive component, the CTS Turbo delete allows for smoother airflow, leading to improved boost response and optimal power delivery for those seeking enhanced performance. It is guaranteed not to cause a Check Engine Light (CEL). Installation is designed to be straightforward, typically completed in under 30 minutes using standard hand tools. The process involves removing the right side intercooler hose, undoing three bolts, and replacing the factory part with the billet aluminum turbo outlet fitting. The kit is compatible with both factory and upgraded intercooler hoses and re-uses the factory mounting hardware. Fitment is specific to vehicles with DMSA and DPAA engine codes, equipped with a Borg Warner 06N145702D turbocharger. This includes the 2020-2024 Audi A4, A5, A5 Sportback, and Allroad 2.0T (facelift models, including MILD HYBRID), the 2021-2024 Audi A6 2.0T (facelift models, including MILD HYBRID), and the 2020-2024 Audi Q5 and Q5 Sportback 2.0T (facelift models, including MILD HYBRID).
