The Forge Motorsport Turbo Muffler Delete Pipe (FMMD2) is a direct replacement for the OEM part on 1.8L and 2.0L TSI EA888 engines. Its precision-machined, single billet design eliminates the restrictions and turbulence of the factory component, leading to improved turbo spool sound and enhanced throttle response. The delete pipe is engineered with three points of contact to prevent any possibility of resonation. This part is compatible with a wide range of VW, Audi, SEAT, Skoda, and Porsche models equipped with the EA888 engine, including specific variants of the Golf, A3, A4, Leon, Octavia, and Macan. Please consult the detailed fitment list for exact year, engine, and model compatibility. On a 2.0L Porsche Macan, this muffler delete yielded an additional 10bhp during dyno tests. User reviews highlight a noticeable improvement in throttle response, a more pronounced turbo spool sound, and an overall more engaging driving experience.
