This particular turbocharger is lubricated by engine oil and cooled by the engine's coolant system, featuring the standard two feed and two return lines. This turbocharger is specifically designed for the 2.0T Evo4 engine. It is compatible with the Volkswagen Arteon (all submodels including 4Motion and FWD) and the Volkswagen Golf VIII R (all submodels including 4Motion). When replacing a turbocharger, it is crucial to ensure you have all necessary installation components on hand, such as coolant and oil line gaskets, banjo bolts, and crush washers, to ensure a proper and safe installation. While VAG designs the parts, they often utilize well-known Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) like Continental for production. This specific turbocharger is manufactured by Continental.
