The Kerma TDI MK3HybridBW is a hybrid turbocharger designed as a direct bolt-in replacement for Garrett GT-15 and Borg Warner K-03 wastegated turbos. This unit is built from new K03 and K04 components and includes all necessary gaskets for installation. It is warranted by the manufacturer against defects for 12 months or 12,000 miles.

The Kerma TDI MK3HybridBW is a modified hybrid turbocharger engineered as a direct bolt-in replacement for the Garrett GT-15 and Borg Warner (KKK) K-03 wastegated turbos found in specific Volkswagen models. With appropriate fuel system upgrades (nozzles) and ECU tuning, this turbo is capable of reliably producing up to 165 HP. The kit includes essential gaskets for installation, such as intake manifold, downpipe, and oil return line gaskets, along with metal EGR gaskets and copper nuts. A turbo inlet pipe to compressor cover O-ring is also provided. This turbo does not fit the Canadian AAZ engine; a separate turbocharger is available for that application. Additionally, please note that the stainless oil supply line included does not fit the 1996 Passat model. Professional installation is recommended, and with proper tuning, significant performance gains can be realized. This product fits the 1996-1999 Mk3 Jetta TDI with the AHU engine code and the 1996-1997 B4 Passat TDI with either the AHU or 1Z engine code.
