The BD Diesel P1HX60/64 is a turbocharger featuring a 60mm inducer compressor wheel and a 64mm exducer turbine. This unit is rated for 525+ horsepower with supporting modifications. It is a 100% new turbocharger and designed as a 100% drop-in replacement with no core charge required.

The turbo includes updated heavy-duty journal bearings and a heavy-duty 360 thrust system for improved durability. A gasket kit is included with the purchase, and the turbo comes with a 1-year unlimited mile warranty covering defects in parts and workmanship.

The BD Diesel P1HX60/64 turbocharger is constructed with a billet 6-blade 60mm inducer compressor wheel and a 64mm exducer 10-blade turbine. This turbo is rated to support 525+ horsepower, provided adequate supporting modifications are in place. It is a completely new unit, designed for a 100% drop-in installation with no core charge necessary. Internally, the turbo features updated heavy-duty journal bearings and a heavy-duty 360 thrust system to enhance longevity and performance under demanding conditions. A gasket kit is included to facilitate installation. BD Diesel backs this turbocharger with a 1-year unlimited mile warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship.
