The Blaast K04-STG2-1.8T is a turbocharger upgrade designed for the Audi A4 and VW Passat 1.8T engines. It features extended tip compressor wheel technology and full disc inducer turbine wheel technology. This upgrade offers excellent low-end response and spool-up, providing strong top-end power with sustained torque through redline.

The Blaast stg2 K04 Turbo upgrade is engineered to deliver MAJOR POWER improvement for your 1.8T Audi A4 or VW Passat. Utilizing extended tip compressor wheel technology and full disc inducer turbine wheel technology, the Blaast turbo offers excellent low-end response and spool-up, making it perfectly streetable. It provides STRONG top-end POWER with good torque sustained through redline in every gear, even at 20+ psi. The compressor impeller measures 45.1 x 59 mm with extended tip technology, significantly larger than OEM K03 (36 x 50mm) or TT-225hp (42.5 x 55mm) units. The turbine impeller is 44.5 x 50mm x 7.5mm, compared to the OEM K03's 40 x 45mm. This is a DIRECT BOLT-ON upgrade, though a hi-flow air inlet tube is required. To fully exploit the potential of this turbocharger, ECU tuning and bigger injectors are necessary. This turbocharger is compatible with US-spec 2000-2005 VW Passat and 2000-2006 Audi A4 models equipped with the 1.8L engine. It does not fit the A4 2.0T or any Golf, Jetta, Beetle, or TT models.
