The Emusa K04-001 is an aftermarket turbocharger designed to replace or upgrade existing equipment. It features a wet floating bearing, an M10X1.25 oil inlet, and an internal wastegate set at approximately 10 PSI. The compressor wheel has an inducer diameter of 1.50" and an exducer diameter of 2.01", while the turbine wheel has an inducer of 1.77" and an exducer of 1.59".

The Emusa K04-001 turbocharger is an aftermarket replacement designed to enhance performance. It features a wet floating bearing system for durability and an M10X1.25 oil inlet. The internal wastegate is pre-set at approximately 10 PSI. Key specifications include a 1.77" inlet diameter and a 2" outlet diameter. The compressor wheel measures 1.50" (inducer) by 2.01" (exducer), and the turbine wheel measures 1.77" (inducer) by 1.59" (exducer). This turbocharger utilizes a 4-bolt standard hot side flange and is CNC machined for precision. This turbocharger is offered as an upgrade from the K03 model and is compatible with various Volkswagen and Audi 1.8T applications, including the MKIV Golf, Jetta, Beetle, and Audi A3 with engine codes AWD, AWW, and AWP. However, modifications may be necessary due to its nature as an upgrade. Professional installation is highly recommended. The product comes with its own serial number and is stated to be well-balanced. It is an aftermarket OEM replacement turbocharger, and OE numbers such as 06A145704S and 06A145713B are listed for reference.
